WORA Forward is not a new organization nor a new logo - it's a commitment to strengthening the Ward One Residents Association we already have.
Our Mission: Promoting a Strong, Vibrant Ward One
The purpose of this association is to promote and advocate for a strong community that encourages long-term residency, improves quality of life, preserves the historic nature of our unique neighborhoods, and supports a diverse commercial district that serves the needs of residents.
The organizational structure below is designed to better fulfill WORA's longstanding mission. By creating a more proactive, participatory, and community-driven framework for the future, it represents a paradigm shift away from a board-centric model toward broader member involvement, stronger communication, and more consistent engagement across Ward One.
The goal is simple: to build an organization better equipped to preserve neighborhood character, improve communication, involve residents earlier in the process, and respond thoughtfully and effectively to the challenges facing our community.
Why This Matters
WORA Forward sets a clear standard - one residents should expect from their association's leadership. It reflects the level of structure, communication, and participation members deserve, and reinforces accountability both now and in the future.

A Clear Path Forward
